Who Built This
An actress and a lawyer walk into a bra-making class.
We are two friends who set out to design a bra for the women the industry forgot. After years of frustrations, duct tape, bra layering, and undergoing reductions, we started to ask the question, "do you want the same result from a bra as me?" Lift, separation, space? When the answer was yes from each other, we asked more women — friends, strangers, Reddit — and heard a resounding yes. We took a bra-making class, found our ideal manufacturer, made 17 prototypes, and landed on the 1. We built SCUPE for every woman who has ever negotiated with her neckline. We built SCUPE for you.
